TurfTV today announced the findings of an internal inquiry into reception problems on the channel that occurred between Tuesday 2/12/2008 and Thursday 4/12/2008. It found that the TurfTV satellite broadcasting system was not at fault, but the channel was hit by a unique set of circumstances resulting from external interference.

Today at the High Court, Mr Justice Morgan announced that the Bookmakers’ Afternoon Greyhound Services (BAGS) Limited, Done Bros (Cash Betting) Limited, Ladbrokes Betting and Gaming Limited and William Hill Organization have not been guilty of collusive behaviour in resisting Turf TV’s entry into the Licensed Betting Office (LBO) television picture rights market.

Turf TV, the Licensed Betting Office (LBO) television pictures supplier, has won the case brought against it by William Hill, Ladbrokes, BetFred and the Bookmakers Afternoon Greyhound Service (BAGS), it was announced this morning.

As part of its offering TurfTV provides a complete data service, covering all TurfTV events (UK horse racing, South African Horse racing and virtual events) via our data partner, PA-Sport. However, end-user customers of TurfTV may receive TurfTV RDD via a number of different systems.
